Monday Meme 17 : 2005-09-12 : Singing in the Rain
1. Do you like when it rains? Do you mind thunderstorms?
only if i'm indoors - or at Bombay Gym - it's wonderful to watch the rain on the green grass and feel all priviledged drinking TEa No 1 and loads of hot buttered toast... love thunderstorms as long as I dont have the whole my work stuff will get stuck worry....
2. What is your ideal climate or weather conditions to live in? Is that the climate where you live?
Ideal would be anywhere but where I live - its hot and humid aaaaaalll the time. I like Bangalore - its perfect...the cold is bearable, the heat is terribley dry but atleast you dont sweat and it hails, and you can dash out and have a little ice-ball fight!!! yip yip
3. What is the worst weather you've ever experienced?
Have to say thunderstorm tuesday recently, but once my flight to chicago got derailed due to a snow storm and my plane had to go to minneapolis cos it was running out of fuel and it had to take ME with it and it got there really late, so even the giant mall right right opposite the motel they put us up in was shut....and my flight out was at 5.30 in the morning... no silver shopping bag on that thundercloud
4. Do you watch or read the weather regularly? What source do you use (internet, local news, etc...)?
nooo, becos the meteorwalas are always always late in their predictions and then the cops send sms asking us to stay home, and that just means making lots of tea for husband...and pasta... and tea... and nookie (which is fun, so sometimes yea)
5. What is the one weather condition you could happily live without?
COLD!!!
